Client Communication Often the primary concern of first-time clients is “how will we communicate with engineers sitting halfway around the world, with different accents and culture.” Our simple response is our portfolio of successful clients.
Actually, most of our engineers have travelled to our client sites and vice-versa our long-term clients frequently visit us enabling rich exchange of culture and ideas. We are perfectly comfortable and open to interacting in this global world – face to face or remotely. Our client base spans US, UK, Europe, Japan, Brazil, Columbia, Australia, South Africa and expanding. 
The primary means of communication with the development team will be emails and online messaging. Based on the need and the client's preferences we can also facilitate 2-way telephone conference calls, as and when necessary. However, these calls are limited to 2 per month. For additional calls, client will need to bear the expenses. We have often found that frequent communications aren't really necessary and conducting online conferences and regular email updates suffices most of the communication purposes. We provide emergency contact numbers of our lead and one of the Management representatives who can be reached 24*7 on their respective numbers to take care of any emergency situations.
