Under directives of our Chairman, the increasingly diversity is reflected in smartData work culture comprising of different age groups, genders, geographies and religions. Our current employees hail from 20 out of 28 different states representing all the major religions of India – Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Buddhists and Christians. This diversity provides us an open and welcoming work environment where all faiths and backgrounds are respected and minorities get their say in the Company decision making. For instance, our new facility has an all faith library and meditation room.
