The main objective of the LGS is two fold :

•  To build a powerful lead generation system that supplies brokers/loan officers with loan leads, and
•  To offer clients a personalized, informative, and user-friendly way to apply for a loan.

From the broker/loan officer's perspective, this will be a web-application that will be easy to use with simple GUI to help them find, sort, purchase, and keep track of qualified leads. This application will allow the Loan Officers and Lenders to respond to loan requests and inquiries more effectively and quickly, with higher success ratios. From the clients prospective, this system will allow them to find local brokers in their state who can help them with their loan needs. When the clients visit their own state's site, they will be impressed visually by the quality of the website. They will be assigned their own personal broker or loan officer, whose photo will be visible on each page of the site, along with his introduction on the main page, and tips and help topics throughout the site, next to the broker/officers photo. This will help in creating a relationship of trust with the customer.
