What we do in most of the evenings during #WFH, just sit on a chair and plan for our next day while taking a late meal or snack because we were so busy the whole day managing our time and didn’t get the time to eat. This does not end here, then comes the guilt too as no exercising was there in to-do list.
Finally, we start cutting-off things and this always leads to a bad or negative outcome. But there is a thing to give a thought: how can we perform at our best levels if our bodies start to fail us?
Our bodies can stand almost everything. It’s just our mind that we have to convince.
We all know that developing a good habit is hard. The logical side of our mind knows it all that we should strictly stick to a regular workout regimen to see the desired results but the emotional side convinces us that “skipping one more day won’t affect much”.
This is the right time to evolve a positive relationship with our physical activities regimens. Being healthy and fit and because of
work from home people have already started getting mental and physical fatigues and our
fitness levels are plunging.
It is an easy thought to think of your body as your enemy but all should respect their bodies as It’s the only one you get.
If ever, you get a thought of giving up, remember the fact that you may need just a little push or some motivation. Consistency is the only key for success.
We at @smartData ltd provide that continuous push to our employees to opt the healthy lifestyles except from their regular work routines, treks with CEO Mr. @Ajay Tewari summiting various mountains, IDP’s, Tuffman championships, Marathons ,Walkathons are few initiatives which we have taken already here and they have been our ever going events till now.
Because of #WFH and #
Covid stress many of us have derailed ourselves from the fitness track.
The work styles which have been opted because of current scenarios, everyone working from home has drawn more attention towards the physical activities. The
benefits list of keeping fit will go on and on. Below listed are few for such challenging times:
- Boosts energy and improves your mood
- Promotes better and quality sleep

The bottom line is being fit is fun. You feel most alive, happy and content. Physical activities offer incredible benefits that can improve our health from the inside out. Regular physical activities can increase the proportion of production of hormones that help you sleep better and make you feel happier. Whether you practice a particular sport or follow the guidelines to do 60 minutes of physical activity, you will most definitely improve your health in all ways.
