Do not skip your meal just for work and adopt healthy eating habits.

Exercising too will help your mind, Make a schedule for doing the workout, meditation, go for a walk, play outside games. All these activities are surely going to help you in improving your lifestyle while working from home. If you are a family person then make time to spend with your family. Plan a weekend outing or just cook with your children, help them with their homework, play games with them. It is better to do things on a schedule. An advice to you is to make a schedule and stick to it and then see the results, it will increase your productivity level. Without a schedule, you will find WFH quite a difficult task but once you make your schedule it will become easy for you.

Make a schedule like waking up early, dress like you are going to an office, separate area for working, making time for self-care, good eating habits, and spending time with family, all these habits will help you a lot for a better experience of working from home. Life without discipline is like a ship without a rudder. It is not enough for you to have great qualities, you should also need to know how to manage them. Work from home is a good opportunity to track your life in a better way. So, make the best use out of it.
