It is one of the easiest and most efficient methods of preventing transmission from the person to the person as stated in WHO guidelines.
100% Work From Home
The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in people working from home, smartData enterprises has started this initiative on 19 March 2020, with initially 90% work from home in order to contribute to social distancing and yet again being productive. 100% Remote work has been on the rise during the lockdown and has definitely contributed to work-life balance.

Head & Feet Hopscotch
Fun team building activities for work are critically important for business success. Many dance games conducted at the workplace give a break to employees from their monotonous work. For some lighter moments, and to increase concentration and presence of mind ‘Hands & Feet Hopscotch’ game was conducted at Mohali branch.
It’s frustrating when one’s inability to concentrate and focus slows down progress on a work project or causes you to work overtime. Fortunately, there are certain activities one can do to improve their ability to focus and boost concentration. Such activities were organized at all branches to help smarTians get back on track.
Fostering the philosophy of work-life balance, our young brigade stepped forward to physically challenge themselves to the extreme at the Tuffman 6 hours Relay Run Challenge. These 9 smarTians were sponsored for their initiate and were joined by our CEO who too participated and completed 12-hour marathon challenge covering 83kms.

Perfect Square Making Competition
Organizational success is largely dependent on how fast and in what way its people connect with each other for mutual benefit. Encouraging employees to move outside their normal activities, a perfect square making competition was conducted where teams were blindfolded and asked to create squares with a long rope.
