When the front office staff schedules a patient with a provider and they are able to see the changes in the provider's google workspace calendar. For a read-only version, of each provider google calendar is accessible (Update using a refresh button). The staff is looking to schedule a patient, there will be a toggle between two or more providers' calendars to find someone available to see the patient. They are synchronized from the sides.
