At smartData, our commitment to Agile methodology extends to specific practices like SCRUM, Test-Driven Development (TDD), daily standups, and Sprint-based delivery. These practices, in addition to our Agile principles, play a significant role in ensuring flexibility, customer involvement, rapid delivery, and ultimately, outstanding project outcomes that drive high client satisfaction.
We've adopted SCRUM as a fundamental framework for managing and delivering projects. SCRUM's iterative and incremental approach ensures that development is conducted in short cycles, known as Sprints. These Sprints typically last two to four weeks and allow us to adapt to changing requirements and deliver a valuable product incrementally.
Test-Driven Development (TDD) is a core part of our Agile process. With TDD, developers write tests before writing the actual code. This practice ensures that the software meets predefined criteria and significantly improves code quality and reliability.
Daily standup meetings are a crucial part of our Agile approach. These short, daily meetings bring the development team together to discuss progress, challenges, and plans. They keep the project on track and maintain open communication between team members.
Sprint-based delivery is a hallmark of our Agile approach. We break projects into manageable Sprints, each with its own set of objectives and deliverables. This approach ensures that clients receive tangible results at regular intervals, maintaining transparency and allowing for quick adjustments.
Our Agile practices are not just about the methodology; they are part of our agile mindset. By fostering these practices, we ensure that our projects remain flexible, engage the customer at every stage, deliver rapidly, and result in exceptional project outcomes that drive high client satisfaction.
A conversational interface that provides mindfulness techniques using AI (artificial intelligence) to create a journey of self-discovery and provides guidance to improve life quality. A mobile-first solution for agriculture machinery for maintenance, purchasing, and inspections of machinery in all seasons. The app is a pocket technician for farmers that provides insights on the work order, including relevant manuals, parts, and checklists and farmers can communicate with technicians at ease. It also acts as an asset management software allowing farmers to keep track of inventory and parts associated with machines.
A farmer can add machinery via camera or select from the list to view detailed information of the chosen machinery – this includes manual, predefined service checklists, and more. This further facilitates the selling of equipment. Farmers can also book services with the service partners. The service providers manage the orders in their app.
The primary objective of this project is to design and implement an event-driven backend system that automates the generation, validation, and delivery of healthcare-related EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) files, such as 834 (Eligibility and Enrollment), 837 (Claims), and 835 (Remittance Advice). These files are essential for secure, standardized, and compliant data exchange between healthcare providers, payers, and regulatory partners.
This system aims to:
It’s an online platform through which parents can search & book nearby tutors for their kids. The platform allows tutors to share detailed progress reports about what kids are learning on a day to day basis with parents. All of the important events related to the different classes are available on an easy to use calendar interface. Parents can also directly communicate with tutors through live chat to address queries if they have any about the progress of their kids. Additionally, it also allows parents to make online payments for new bookings and monthly payments for the tutoring services availed.
It is for an organization that uses Google Workspace emails. Each provider has their own account, i.e. their own google calendar, and an OAUTH2 token is needed for each google calendar. When the front office staff schedules a patient with a provider and they are able to see the changes in the provider's google workspace calendar. For a read-only version, of each provider google calendar is accessible (Update using a refresh button). The staff is looking to schedule a patient, there will be a toggle between two or more providers' calendars to find someone available to see the patient. They are synchronized from the sides.
Dental EHR is a comprehensive electronic health record system designed to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of dental practice management. This platform streamlines patient scheduling, appointment tracking, treatment documentation, and communication, ensuring a seamless experience for both providers and patients.
It provides real-time patient flow tracking, enabling dental staff to monitor which patients have arrived, their appointment details, and their assigned provider or treatment room. The system allows easy modifications to room assignments and provider scheduling, ensuring better patient care coordination. Flexible appointment scheduling is integrated, allowing clinics to create, edit, and manage bookings in daily, weekly, and monthly views while reducing no-shows through automated appointment reminders.
For documentation and communication, the system offers custom letter generation, which automatically fills referral or patient letters with relevant details from stored records. Comprehensive patient information management ensures easy access to patient history, treatment records, and previous interactions, all displayed in an intuitive format. Additionally, secure authentication is implemented, allowing seamless transitions between desktop and web applications while maintaining data privacy and security compliance.
