The Food Delivery Application is a comprehensive SaaS-based platform designed to connect customers with restaurants for seamless food ordering and delivery. The application includes three main interfaces:

1. Customer Mobile App: For browsing restaurants, placing orders, and tracking deliveries.
2. Restaurant Admin Web Panel: For managing menus, orders, and restaurant operations.
3. Administrator Web Panel: For overseeing restaurants, customers, orders, and system-wide settings.

The platform supports multi-tenant architecture, enabling scalability for multiple restaurants and customers. It integrates secure payment processing (Stripe), real-time notifications, and advanced order management features.

This project focused on creating mapping reports to highlight geographic and linguistic disparities in OB/GYN service availability across Kansas. The objective was to provide visual evidence for healthcare researchers and policymakers to better understand provider distribution, identify underserved regions, and highlight language access barriers for Hispanic populations. The deliverables included static maps of provider clusters, Spanish-speaking access segmentation, and a custom symbolic visual to humanize the access challenge. 

The Healthcare at Home platform is designed to bridge the gap between patients and healthcare providers by offering a scalable, secure, and AI-powered digital health marketplace. It enables users to book home care services, schedule teleconsultations, receive medical product deliveries, and access personalized health monitoring through a seamless web and mobile interface. By integrating intelligent provider matching, automated scheduling, and escrow-based payments, the platform ensures a convenient, efficient, and trustworthy healthcare experience for patients and caregivers alike.

With an emphasis on accessibility, security, and automation, the platform enhances healthcare delivery by leveraging AI-driven recommendations, HIPAA-compliant data security, and predictive analytics for demand forecasting.
