Read moreI had the opportunity to visit the United States this year, where I spent 2.5 weeks traveling across New York, New Jersey, and Florida. During this time, I met with 9 existing clients and 4 potential customers, engaging in meaningful discussions about the future of healthcare IT and technology solutions. These interactions offered valuable insights into their evolving needs and allowed us to align our offerings with the latest industry trends.
A key highlight of the trip was attending HIMSS 2024 in Orlando, Florida—the largest global healthcare IT conference. This year’s theme, “Creating tomorrow’s health,” set the tone for an inspiring and dynamic event, offering a platform to network with industry leaders, explore cutting-edge innovations, and exchange ideas. The insights gained from HIMSS will undoubtedly shape our future initiatives and partnerships, as we continue to push the boundaries of healthcare technology.
Alongside attending the HIMSS conference, I had the privilege of meeting with several key clients to better understand their evolving needs and gather valuable feedback. During these discussions, we reviewed product roadmaps and highlighted our latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning (ML), and other next-gen technologies such as blockchain and advanced data solutions. These conversations reinforced our commitment to empowering clients with the tools they need to tackle industry challenges, improve operational efficiency, and scale their businesses. The trip also served as a crucial opportunity to deepen client relationships, gain fresh perspectives on market trends, and identify potential avenues for new business growth.
