KegelKlock required a more structured and patient-friendly digital wellness experience for users managing pelvic floor and urology-focused exercise routines. The earlier platform created friction across onboarding, workout navigation, reminders, and subscription workflows, impacting long-term user engagement and increasing support dependency for the client team. smartData redesigned the platform using Python and React.js with a responsive, PWA-ready architecture that streamlined registration, guided workout sessions, audio coaching, reminders, progress tracking, and subscription management across both the marketing website and user portal.
Tristate Chronic Care Chart Review Automation
Tristate Health Data required an automated solution to streamline chronic care chart review across multiple practices. The process involved extracting signed clinical notes from EHR systems, converting them into standardized CCM review comments, posting them to Tristatecare, and maintaining accurate tracking without duplication. A production-ready .NET 8 automation service was developed using an adapter-based integration approach for EHR systems like eClinicalWorks and DrChrono. The solution includes queue-driven job processing, idempotent API handling, Google Sheets synchronization, audit logging, PHI masking, and secure secret management. Designed for scalability and compliance, the platform ensures consistent outputs, reduces manual effort, and supports safe concurrent processing. Its modular architecture enables seamless onboarding of additional EHR systems, making it a reliable and extensible automation framework for chronic care workflows.
MD360 Interoperability Platform
This project addressed the challenge of integrating multiple EMR systems without building separate custom solutions for each provider. Traditional approaches led to inconsistent data structures, duplicated effort, and limited scalability. smartData developed a vendor-agnostic interoperability platform that standardizes communication across leading EMR systems such as Epic and eClinicalWorks using FHIR R4 and SMART on FHIR protocols. The platform supports secure OAuth 2.0 authentication, patient management workflows, appointment synchronization, provider data handling, and both real-time and scheduled data exchange.

HIPAA-Compliant Diagnostic Test Platform
The platform is a HIPAA-compliant, AI-driven diagnostic test management system designed to digitize and streamline the end-to-end lifecycle of diagnostic reports—starting with Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs). Health insurance companies and providers face multiple rejections and huge penalties due to incomplete documentation. To improve payor performance, the HEDIS analytics platform integrates consumer, clinical, provider and payer data to analytical data that healthcare stakeholders can readily use to improve the health of their patients and populations.
The platform is on HEDIS quality measure reporting rules driven by data extracted from more than 15 EMR systems. HEDIS analytical platform helps in remediating the gaps in data collection through pre auditing of data and to improve the efficiency of HEDIS reporting.

We are developing a comprehensive, NDIS-compliant CRM platform for allied health service provider in Australia, focused on supporting children and young people with disabilities through therapies such as Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Counselling, and Behaviour Support.
The platform streamlines end-to-end operations including client onboarding, service agreement management, therapist workflows, session scheduling, case notes, and compliance-driven billing. It enables accurate NDIS service code mapping, automated invoicing aligned with different funding types (Self, Plan, and NDIA-managed), and real-time budget tracking to prevent over-claiming and reduce payment errors.
AI Powered Calling Agent for Real Estate Teams
Real estate agents spend a significant portion of their day on phone calls – following up with leads, booking property visits, and confirming client preferences. The client, a mid-sized real estate agency, was struggling with missed follow-ups, delayed responses, and scattered call logs.
To address this, we built a smart inbound-outbound calling agent that acts like a virtual assistant. Integrated directly with the client’s CRM and calendar, the agent automatically places calls, captures lead details, books appointments, and updates records in real time – all while keeping the human agent in control.
