Vertical garden system at our Fuji Tower, Nagpur branch is an impressive leap forward in growing of indoor plants. They clean air, increase oxygen levels, reduce stress and stave off illnesses. Wall garden constructed via used bottle waste not only control insects, impact the atmosphere but is a great way to recycle plastic waste.
In this age of environmental concern, individuals are outwardly interested in healthy state of their surroundings. Our desire for a clean environment represents a powerful sense of destiny and hope for future. Promising themselves, smarTians joined hands in cleaning their office premises at Nagpur branch on the eve of our 73rd Independence Day.
The motivation to “GoGreen” has not only increasingly become part of our CSR but an aspect of remaining relevant in future business environment. Promoting the effort to “GoGreen”, smarTian’s seeked innovative method of promoting eco-friendly environment by planting various medical and fruit bearing trees in our upcoming Kanchenjunga tower.
On occasion of our 20th work anniversary, medical health & oral checkup camps were organised for all smarTians to create awareness about preventive health at Mohali and oral & dental at Nagpur and Dehradun branches. The objective of the camp’s were to provide information on oral hygiene, diet, exercise and weight control.
A 2500km mountain drive through 6 world’s highest motorable passes cultimating into 6 days trek by 10 smarTian’s. A trek to Stok Kangri Basecamp (16,400 feet) by all and Stok Kangri Summit successfully completed by 5 members of this smartKangri team at an incredible height of 20,200 feet showcased their indomitable spirit, endurance and team work.
Trekking and exploring brings in new spark in one’s life and not all treks need to be difficult. 6 active smarTians joined in, to hike through a trail of 12km to and fro through the picturesque and beautiful oak and cedar forests to reach the crystal clear waters of the sacred Serolsar Lake near the Himalayan Jalori pass and ending to Mallela falls.
Karol Tibba Trek via ancient Pandava Cave is blessing for all. Located at an altitude of 2240 metres, four adventure enthusiast smarTian’s looking for a short and quick refresher hiked the highest peak of Solan region starting with well-laid brick surface, followed by trail passes through grasslands and finally ends up through dense forest.
6 smarTians joined to hike the slopes and camp at the Minkiani Pass and Kareri Lake in McLeodganj for a true mountain experience. Taking to the altitude of 14000 feet, they covered a total distance of around 48 km. One of the highlights of this hike is that it takes one past many villages, allowing one to learn about the local way of life.

Crystel Care is a registered NDIS service provider in Australia, dedicated to supporting children and young people with disabilities through therapies, family support, and care coordination. (Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Counselling, and Behaviour Support)
We are developing a complete NDIS-compliant CRM platform that streamlines client onboarding, service agreements, therapist workflows, case notes, billing, invoicing, payroll, and reporting. The system also integrates with Xero for accounting and SharePoint for document compliance, while ensuring all data is securely hosted in Australia.
This solution empowers Crystel Care to deliver services more efficiently, reduce errors in billing, and maintain full compliance with evolving NDIS rules.
In this Project we use the Open Dental API to pull and display appointments in existing C# web application as well as syncing patient demographics and insurance payer information into Open Dental using its FHIR APIs helping eliminate the need for manual data entry by billing staff.
