An important element of giving is the joy and happiness that one experience’s when giving from their heart, without any expectation or attachment. Following their soul and offering their energy of mindfulness, many volunteered in donating daily household supplies, food, clothing, mattresses to the underprivileged near our new Kanchenjunga facility.
The practice of generosity, or “dana” – sharing our time and energy to support each other – is at the heart of community. Under smartCFG initiate, educational and hygiene & sanitation facilities were improved for students at a Ladakh Monastry in order to encourage their overall development including healthy behaviours for life.
“Every ball counts”. Encouraging playful activities has always boosted smarTian’s self-confidence and induced positive attitude in every professional. Aggressively following out fitness matra – Work Hard Play Harder; a high-spirited indoor event is initiated in the summers where a massive participation is seen from across all locations.
The top management always pushes smarTians to stay fit and it is good to see the young blood participating in this initiative. A 26 km trek to Kareri Lake, Kangra was successfully marched by an all-girl team of smarTians. It has an elevation of 2950m and is one of the most scenic alpine treks in Himachal.
Meditation is an approach to train the mind. It’s benefits are manifold. A calm mind, good concentration, clarity of perception, improvement in communication, inner strength, and relaxation are all natural results of meditating. smarTians celebrated the International Yoga Day with a workshop practicing meditation kriya and asana’s across locations.
Our CEO, Mr.Ajay Tewari & smarTian Mr.Jagdish Kargwal participated in Tuffman–India’s premier endurance sports platform where people physically challenge themselves to extreme. Proving their mettle, Mr.Ajay completed 51.2kms in 10 hrs while Mr.Jagdish ran 21kms in 4hrs to their previous record of 78.2kms in 12hrs and 30kms in 6hrs respectively.
The spirit of trekking is incomplete without the love, respect and care for mountain environment. Our professionals during their one day hike to the Mount George Everest at Dehradun volunteered in collecting the non-biodegradable waste and other litter from the trail to the closest garbage system as a necessity in keeping the mountains ‘swachh’.

A web and mobile-based solution designed to modernize workshop and fleet operations, replacing a legacy desktop system. The platform streamlines fleet (trucks/trailers) management, inspections, inventory, job allocation, and reporting. Mobile apps for technicians and inspectors ensure field readiness, while integration with Verizon Connect (mileage tracking), odometer data, and XERO (accounting) supports real-time, accurate, and compliant operations.
The solution improves transparency in maintenance workflows, accountability in technician performance, and accuracy in financial reporting, while providing a scalable base for multi-workshop rollout.
The primary objective of the platform is to transform the neuro clinic’s data into an intelligent, and research-enabling asset by implementing a Clinical Decision Support and Research System (CDSS) that consolidates patient, operational, and financial information into one secure, analytics-driven environment. The solution provides real-time insights for clinical decision-making, research enablement, and revenue visibility, ensuring HIPAA-compliant data governance. It will also streamline operational workflows by automating performance tracking, monitoring patient flow, and improving scheduling efficiency, while strengthening financial management through comprehensive visibility into revenue, billing accuracy, and payer mix analysis.
The application is developed to manage various functions of an online store, including user authentication, inventory control, sales tracking, and reporting. It also supports automated email and SMS notifications. The system is built using Angular for the frontend and Node.js for the backend, with full support for multilingual usage, including RTL and LTR display for Arabic and English.
