An important element of giving is the joy and happiness that one experience’s when giving from their heart, without any expectation or attachment. Following their soul and offering their energy of mindfulness, many volunteered in donating daily household supplies, food, clothing, mattresses to the underprivileged near our new Kanchenjunga facility.
The practice of generosity, or “dana” – sharing our time and energy to support each other – is at the heart of community. Under smartCFG initiate, educational and hygiene & sanitation facilities were improved for students at a Ladakh Monastry in order to encourage their overall development including healthy behaviours for life.
“Every ball counts”. Encouraging playful activities has always boosted smarTian’s self-confidence and induced positive attitude in every professional. Aggressively following out fitness matra – Work Hard Play Harder; a high-spirited indoor event is initiated in the summers where a massive participation is seen from across all locations.
The top management always pushes smarTians to stay fit and it is good to see the young blood participating in this initiative. A 26 km trek to Kareri Lake, Kangra was successfully marched by an all-girl team of smarTians. It has an elevation of 2950m and is one of the most scenic alpine treks in Himachal.
Meditation is an approach to train the mind. It’s benefits are manifold. A calm mind, good concentration, clarity of perception, improvement in communication, inner strength, and relaxation are all natural results of meditating. smarTians celebrated the International Yoga Day with a workshop practicing meditation kriya and asana’s across locations.
Our CEO, Mr.Ajay Tewari & smarTian Mr.Jagdish Kargwal participated in Tuffman–India’s premier endurance sports platform where people physically challenge themselves to extreme. Proving their mettle, Mr.Ajay completed 51.2kms in 10 hrs while Mr.Jagdish ran 21kms in 4hrs to their previous record of 78.2kms in 12hrs and 30kms in 6hrs respectively.
The spirit of trekking is incomplete without the love, respect and care for mountain environment. Our professionals during their one day hike to the Mount George Everest at Dehradun volunteered in collecting the non-biodegradable waste and other litter from the trail to the closest garbage system as a necessity in keeping the mountains ‘swachh’.

This software streamlines the workflow of a compliance company seeking relevant information and documents from the corporate customers and further processing. In the current phase of the project the compliance company (client) send e-mails to onboarded clients directly to the platform to fill-out a dynamic multi-page questionnaire and uploading relevant documents. Once the information is successfully submitted the TCO officer is prompted every 3 hours. If in case the information is not submitted or is incomplete then the corporates are reminded every 4 days.
The coroporates can login to resubmit the form annually with pre-filled fields and can change as required. As the user moves forward to the next page of the questionnaire the field details are saved in real-time.

"Learn from the best in the world" Its a membership-based educational drumming platform featuring live and on-demand lessons and shows. Users can opt for a monthly, bi-annual or annual membership plan that facilitate unlimited access to content. Platform also offers free of charge contents for selected categories.
Members can browse across lots of courses/lessons using advanced filters and checkout out the selected ones. They can schedule the online lessons with the instructors at a mutual convenient time.
Apart from offering online educational courses as per artist, the platform is integrated with an e-store for merchandising (hats, t-shirts, drum sticks, and others).
An iOS App and a watch app for human comfort data collection. The platform is extremely useful for conducting right-here-right-now surveys in buildings. It can also be used to ask questions in other settings, allowing people to provide feedback in real time. It uses ResearchKit and HealthKit frameworks.

SaaS-based application to track and manage orders and Inventory from multiple marketplaces and e-commerce stores. API integration done for multiple platforms, Ebay seller API and API2 Cart (30+ shopping channels), Sage, Amazon, Etsy. The application manages orders from different sales channels and manual entries at one place.
