The driver can create a request via the app which will reach the nearest available provider. The feature works very similarly to any taxi booking app where a provider will have the option to accept or decline the request. If decline, the request notification will be sent to other available providers. There is an implementation of GPS navigation for the provider to locate and reach to the driver. At the same time, driver can see the ETA and position of provider vehicle on the map. Once the repair request is complete, the driver can pay the service provider in-person or pay via mobile app. There is an invoicing section fro service providers where they can add request items and raise invoice to driver in real time to be paid offline or via mobile app via online payment options.

The development is divided into two phases. Phase 1 includes building the portal's core functionalities such as photo uploads, client and job management, access control, user roles, and basic reporting. Phase 2 focuses on implementing complete back-end services and workflows to integrate with the front-end components established in Phase 1.
