During the Dehradun branch visit, our VP operations and fellow smarTians paid tribute to our nation’s heroes by embarking on a trek to the Khalanga WAR Memorial. This physically demanding but emotionally rewarding experience not only strengthened our team’s bond but also served as a CFG initiative towards employee fitness.
As a tech organization, we acknowledge the significant amount of time our team spends sitting at desks, which can potentially lead to health issues due to poor posture. To address this concern, we hosted a dedicated session on posture correction, aiming to promote good posture and help our team stay healthy and pain-free.

This medical staffing platform is designed to streamline the process of staffing agencies such as shift management, recruitment, employee scheduling, timesheet management, employee alerts, and job posting. Any care facility can partner with staffing services to fill open positions, and remain fully staffed in face of fluctuations to enable holistic growth.
With the mobile app employees, caregivers, and medical staff to view their schedules, sign up for open shifts, request/apply for shifts, swap shifts, keep track of their logs (check in/check out), and sign and geolocation all timesheets submitted.
This software streamlines the workflow of a compliance company seeking relevant information and documents from the corporate customers and further processing. In the current phase of the project the compliance company (client) send e-mails to onboarded clients directly to the platform to fill-out a dynamic multi-page questionnaire and uploading relevant documents. Once the information is successfully submitted the TCO officer is prompted every 3 hours. If in case the information is not submitted or is incomplete then the corporates are reminded every 4 days.
The coroporates can login to resubmit the form annually with pre-filled fields and can change as required. As the user moves forward to the next page of the questionnaire the field details are saved in real-time.
