This project is focused on building a mobile-responsive, AI-powered service management platform for a US-based vehicle maintenance service center. The platform will provide customers with personalized, mileage-based service recommendations, streamline appointment scheduling, and ensure seamless data synchronization through integration with X-Time, a leading automotive service software.

Loop is a comprehensive SaaS platform designed to empower restaurant and store owners with a fully integrated ecosystem. It offers a suite of applications, including a Merchant App, Store App, and Driver App, enabling seamless management of businesses, storefronts, and delivery operations. The platform aims to enhance the customer ordering experience and facilitate efficient order delivery through a dedicated driver app. Additionally, Loop provides features such as unlimited product listings, automatic catalogs for sponsored ads, advanced marketing tracking compliant with  QR payment links, QR menus, and robust stock management tools.

The application is developed to manage various functions of an online store, including user authentication, inventory control, sales tracking, and reporting. It also supports automated email and SMS notifications. The system is built using Angular for the frontend and Node.js for the backend, with full support for multilingual usage, including RTL and LTR display for Arabic and English.
