The application combines running and walking plans, strength training, flexibility & mobility routines and nutrition planning into a single unified experience. Through a detailed onboarding process, the AI generates customized programs that evolve over time, ensuring progressive development while minimizing injury risk. 

The platform includes a unified training calendar, progress tracking, workout logging, and an interactive chatbot that communicates in an encouraging, science-based and goal-focused manner without providing medical advice.

Delivered as a cross-platform mobile app (iOS & Android), the solution supports a free trial model followed by subscription-based access, along with an admin dashboard for monitoring users, engagement and subscriptions.

The project involves building a SaaS-based web portal that enables restaurants to generate unique QR codes for each table and for takeaway orders. When scanned, these QR codes allow customers to view a digital menu, place orders, and select payment options such as PayNow or PayLater. The system provides restaurant owners with an admin panel to manage menus, orders, payments, and subscription plans.
Additionally, a mobile app was developed for restaurant staff to manage incoming orders, track payment status, and receive alerts. The platform includes customizable themes, reporting tools, and supports different subscription models.

The Healthcare at Home platform is designed to bridge the gap between patients and healthcare providers by offering a scalable, secure, and AI-powered digital health marketplace. It enables users to book home care services, schedule teleconsultations, receive medical product deliveries, and access personalized health monitoring through a seamless web and mobile interface. By integrating intelligent provider matching, automated scheduling, and escrow-based payments, the platform ensures a convenient, efficient, and trustworthy healthcare experience for patients and caregivers alike.
