InvoiceEasy is an AI-powered invoicing platform designed for freelancers and small businesses seeking a simple, reliable way to manage billing and financial records. The platform enables users to create, manage, and track invoices seamlessly across web and mobile devices.
InvoiceEasy stands out by reducing manual effort and complexity in invoicing through smart automation and AI-assisted support, helping users save time, minimize errors, and maintain a smooth billing workflow without needing accounting expertise.

The project aims to develop a comprehensive e-commerce portal for SWP, an international photography agency specializing in school photography. The portal is designed to allow parents to view and purchase student photos, manage their children’s profiles, and communicate directly with SWP.
The development is divided into two phases. Phase 1 includes building the portal's core functionalities such as photo uploads, client and job management, access control, user roles, and basic reporting. Phase 2 focuses on implementing complete back-end services and workflows to integrate with the front-end components established in Phase 1.

The primary objective of this project is to design and implement an event-driven backend system that automates the generation, validation, and delivery of healthcare-related EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) files, such as 834 (Eligibility and Enrollment), 837 (Claims), and 835 (Remittance Advice). These files are essential for secure, standardized, and compliant data exchange between healthcare providers, payers, and regulatory partners.

This system aims to:

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and EDI X12 standards through rigorous validation (via Cotiviti).
• Enable seamless integration with external vendors like Avesis, Nations Benefits, and Reveleer through SFTP-based delivery mechanisms.
• Maintain operational transparency and traceability using real-time monitoring and logging via SigNoz.
• Support future scalability and workflow orchestration through modular design and integration with AWS services like SQS and Step Functions.
