We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Java Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our in-house development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and enterprise-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance Java-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, and DevOps.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems.
- Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions.
- Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness.
- Work with databases and integrate third-party APIs/services.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Core Java, Java 8+, and J2EE.
- Hands-on expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices Architecture.
- Mandatory experience with Oracle Database (PL/SQL, Query Optimization, Performance Tuning).
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, Hibernate/JPA, and SQL.
- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Mandatory Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant Java development experience.
- Oracle skillset is mandatory.
- Valid Passport is mandatory.
- Must be willing to travel internationally as required.
