About smartData

smartData Enterprises is an AI-native software development company building
enterprise SaaS solutions across healthcare, logistics, and enterprise
technology. We work with global clients across the US, UK, UAE, Australia,
and MENA regions. You’ll be part of our early-stage outbound growth team,
directly contributing to how we reach and engage new customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Make cold outbound calls to pre-qualified prospects using provided scripts and talking points.
  • Research and prepare for calls using brief context documents on each prospect.
  • Book qualified discovery meetings on behalf of our sales team.
  • Log all activity in our CRM with accurate call notes and meeting details.
  • Meet weekly targets, typically 80–120 calls per week, aiming for 4–8 qualified meetings booked.
  • Participate in weekly coaching sessions to refine techniques and improve booking rates.
  • Provide feedback on what’s working, common objections, and ways to improve talking points.

What We’re Looking For

  • College student or recent graduate with consistent availability for 20 hours per week.
  • Natural communicator who can follow a script while maintaining a conversational tone.
  • Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection and quickly move forward.
  • Detail-oriented with strong note-taking and CRM logging skills.
  • Coachable and willing to implement feedback from weekly reviews.
  • Comfortable using technology tools such as CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an understanding that this role focuses on building a real sales pipeline, not call center operations.

What You’ll Gain

  • Real-world B2B sales and business development experience.
  • Direct insight into how early-stage startups acquire customers.
  • Weekly coaching and mentorship from leadership.
  • Performance-based compensation increases.
  • Flexible remote work that fits around your schedule.
