Lockdown brought smarTians face to face with the unknown. The way operations have continued for over 100 days is a testimony to precise planning, continuous monitoring, and exemplary hard work and dedication towards work and the associated livelihood. Video conferencing has helped. The water cooler talks have been replaced with virtual settings. There have been numerous talk sessions and video conferences for the last three months. The calls have been both formal settings to discuss work and informal off work conversations. This has been a great way of conversing with people and knowing how they are doing in these heightened state of anxiety due to pandemic & offering help and support and solace in any way possible. Trek to Khalanga WAR Memorial
During the Dehradun branch visit, our VP operations and fellow smarTians paid tribute to our nation’s heroes by embarking on a trek to the Khalanga WAR Memorial. This physically demanding but emotionally rewarding experience not only strengthened our team’s bond but also served as a CFG initiative towards employee fitness.
It is for an organization that uses Google Workspace emails. Each provider has their own account, i.e. their own google calendar, and an OAUTH2 token is needed for each google calendar. When the front office staff schedules a patient with a provider and they are able to see the changes in the provider's google workspace calendar. For a read-only version, of each provider google calendar is accessible (Update using a refresh button). The staff is looking to schedule a patient, there will be a toggle between two or more providers' calendars to find someone available to see the patient. They are synchronized from the sides.

Application will be developed for US Healthcare market and will follow HIPAA. Patient can take initial assessment before connecting on remote consultation by doing direct Video/Audio based consultation from their preferred location. There will be option for searching memory coach, view details and availability, book appointment and go for membership option through payment gateway or Medicare insurance. The consultation process will include four types of assessments among which cognitive assessment will be the fourth and final assessment. Memory Coach will have an easy Portal access for viewing responses and adding notes.
