Lockdown brought smarTians face to face with the unknown. The way operations have continued for over 100 days is a testimony to precise planning, continuous monitoring, and exemplary hard work and dedication towards work and the associated livelihood. Video conferencing has helped. The water cooler talks have been replaced with virtual settings. There have been numerous talk sessions and video conferences for the last three months. The calls have been both formal settings to discuss work and informal off work conversations. This has been a great way of conversing with people and knowing how they are doing in these heightened state of anxiety due to pandemic & offering help and support and solace in any way possible. The purpose of the application was to bring down the expenses for the firm due to paper-based record-keeping that led to data loss, inaccuracies, and low customer satisfaction.

There is an integrated self-service portal for customers to add & track claims remotely, upload & digitally sign the documents, communicate with a public adjuster in real-time through secure 1-1 or 1-many audio/video chats. Customers can also add multiple signers in the same claim submission document and share the document with each signer over email/message for their digital signature.

It is a food ordering portal created for Sweden's military. The overall goal of this project is to accurately record, manage, and place orders. It allows users to place orders with special restaurants that have been allotted to the military. Each user is given a Purchase Order containing a list of products from the selected restaurant and is allowed to track each and every order placed by the user. Suppliers can also add products to the product list, specifying product type and category.
