Lockdown brought smarTians face to face with the unknown. The way operations have continued for over 100 days is a testimony to precise planning, continuous monitoring, and exemplary hard work and dedication towards work and the associated livelihood. Video conferencing has helped. The water cooler talks have been replaced with virtual settings. There have been numerous talk sessions and video conferences for the last three months. The calls have been both formal settings to discuss work and informal off work conversations. This has been a great way of conversing with people and knowing how they are doing in these heightened state of anxiety due to pandemic & offering help and support and solace in any way possible. The consultant booking platform is a website that enables end-consumers to learn about services, sign a legal document using adobe sign, and book a consultant without any human involvement. The appointment booking involved making payment through the website only using PayPal.

The website provides interactive pages that include informational pages, fee agreement/payment page, the combined sign-in/sign-up page, forgot password page, the password reset page, and the settings page. It offers two options for the user for booking such as either to book the consultant and pay now or reserve the consultant and pay later. Reservation will have a limited time and after the expiration, the user will only get the option of the booking.

It helps with preliminary analyses of the injury and based on the responses given by the patient's application will define the urgency of the injury. The urgency will prompt users to select the recommended choices, either consult the practitioners on an urgent basis or connect with the nearby emergency rooms. If the situation is not urgent they can go for the path of the scheduled appointment.

The application provides complete injury analyses supported by AI and patients are asked to answer a questionnaire for the selected pain area. Based on the responses, the application will produce the possible outcomes that define the probability of the injury.

One key feature of the solution will be the ability for clients to browse a comprehensive set of assessment questionnaires (intake quiz) and be matched with the most suitable therapist respective to the diagnosed underlying problems, as well as the ability for users to purchase subscription tier-based service packages. Along with the integration of video call functionality, using a third-party service like Twilio or Vonage. This will allow the service provider and their clients to communicate remotely, increasing the accessibility of the services being offered.
