The way operations have continued for over 100 days is a testimony to precise planning, continuous monitoring, and exemplary hard work and dedication towards work and the associated livelihood. Video conferencing has helped. The water cooler talks have been replaced with virtual settings. There have been numerous talk sessions and video conferences for the last three months. The calls have been both formal settings to discuss work and informal off work conversations. This has been a great way of conversing with people and knowing how they are doing in these heightened state of anxiety due to pandemic & offering help and support and solace in any way possible. It is an in-venue restaurant ordering system that allows customers to pre-order food for on-table delivery or pickup, eliminating the need to wait in long queues. The system will consist of a mobile application for customers and a web-based backend for restaurant management.

Integrated directly with the client’s CRM and calendar, the agent automatically places calls, captures lead details, books appointments, and updates records in real time – all while keeping the human agent in control.
The client, currently utilizing the intakeQ.com EHR system to manage approximately 40 clinics and providers, is encountering challenges in efficiently managing transactions and generating monthly invoices across multiple accounts. These inefficiencies, coupled with the rapid growth of their business, have driven the need to develop a custom EHR system. This new system will replicate the core functionalities of intakeQ.com while incorporating additional features inspired by khealth.com. Designed as both a SaaS and PaaS solution, this innovative system will launch with Impact Health as its first tenant, with scalability to support additional tenants with similar business models in the future.
