The way operations have continued for over 100 days is a testimony to precise planning, continuous monitoring, and exemplary hard work and dedication towards work and the associated livelihood. Video conferencing has helped. The water cooler talks have been replaced with virtual settings. There have been numerous talk sessions and video conferences for the last three months. The calls have been both formal settings to discuss work and informal off work conversations. This has been a great way of conversing with people and knowing how they are doing in these heightened state of anxiety due to pandemic & offering help and support and solace in any way possible. Users will enrol themselves to the course / tutor after paying the course fee and tuition fee & accordingly once payment is being done they will get notified with the details to access the LMS part. The architecture of the proposed solution will be robust and fully scalable as well as all the contents of the landing page will be managed by Site Admin itself. On this platform admin will create the courses / language programs under each services along with course name / description and will be pushed to the Moodle LMS admin. And in the Moodle LMS site admin will upload the course contents and further settings of the courses will be done on Moodle site.
