The way operations have continued for over 100 days is a testimony to precise planning, continuous monitoring, and exemplary hard work and dedication towards work and the associated livelihood. Video conferencing has helped. The water cooler talks have been replaced with virtual settings. There have been numerous talk sessions and video conferences for the last three months. The calls have been both formal settings to discuss work and informal off work conversations. This has been a great way of conversing with people and knowing how they are doing in these heightened state of anxiety due to pandemic & offering help and support and solace in any way possible. Development of a multilingual, responsive e-learning platform for registered customers, members, and anonymous users. The platform supports course access, studying, quizzes, exam simulations, dashboards, account management, and financial reporting.
It includes admin functionalities for content management, course simulation, financial adjustments, and audit trails. A mobile app was also developed using Xamarin to provide on-the-go access with similar features. Partner and organization-specific modules allow for course management, financial statements, and performance reporting.

The survey will consist of four sections with approximately 20 questions and will incorporate conditional logic, ensuring that questions adapt based on user responses. If a respondent selects "yes" to a specific question, additional relevant questions will follow, while a "no" response will allow them to proceed to the next section. The survey should be easily accessible via email invitations or be completed directly by operators, ensuring flexibility in data collection.
