Lockdown brought smarTians face to face with the unknown. The way operations have continued for over 100 days is a testimony to precise planning, continuous monitoring, and exemplary hard work and dedication towards work and the associated livelihood. Video conferencing has helped. The water cooler talks have been replaced with virtual settings. There have been numerous talk sessions and video conferences for the last three months. The calls have been both formal settings to discuss work and informal off work conversations. This has been a great way of conversing with people and knowing how they are doing in these heightened state of anxiety due to pandemic & offering help and support and solace in any way possible. Our way of celebrating Republic Day comes with a motive of fitness, healthy living & creating awareness among the youth. Fitness is paramount at smartData. smarTians never left a stone unturned and have joined at last 7km walkathon with our CEO who has completed a 21 km walkathon from Mohali.
The day India was formed as a republic is always a proud day for us. Started the celebration with motto of promoting fitness, CEO has completed 21km walkathon with smarTians joined last 7km walkathon. Republic day celebrated across all three locations where all smarTians joined offline and online for the flag hosting ceremony followed by sweet distribution.
Lohri, a celebration with smarTians is commemorated every year on 13th January with utmost enthusiasm. This energizing event was commended with extreme respect, gladness and loftiness beginning with customs and further with a small bonfire, a social affair, and music where smarTians danced their heart out.

A supply chain solution to produce a platform to connect suppliers and carriers. Carriers/drivers get notifications in real-time based on the dispatch algorithm to accept a booking request. They can either accept/decline a booking request or prose a new quote based on load, truck type, source and destination. We have developed an algorithm to match suppliers (booking requests) with carriers. We have also developed messaging and calling facility between supplier and carrier.
The Food Delivery Application is a comprehensive SaaS-based platform designed to connect customers with restaurants for seamless food ordering and delivery. The application includes three main interfaces:
The platform supports multi-tenant architecture, enabling scalability for multiple restaurants and customers. It integrates secure payment processing (Stripe), real-time notifications, and advanced order management features.
It is a tool for online certification and tracking of outcomes. It has both user and administrative modules.
Instant ordering app and order capture system for grocery products. It is a B2B platform to connect suppliers with retailers. It allows retailers to place orders through mobile apps. On the other side, it allows suppliers to track orders from different retailers on the web interface.
In auto, case creates each referral is matched with the existing patient in the system on the basis of matching criteria system sets the Referral Status, and here the possible referral status.
Match note found – If no referral found any match with the existing system, in this case system converts that referral into new patients and assigns a case Id to this referral.
Review Matches – This status is set when there are multiple matches for a referral, in this case, a manual process happens, in this process user selects particular patients and links that patient to this referral.
The new case created – When a referral is converted to a patient and gets a case id then the referral’s status becomes a new case created.

Auto case creation is a technique when a referral is received in the form of an XML file, then this file gets parsed in our product and the information resides in xml files gets saved in the database in sections like Referral Basic Info, Address Info, Diagnosis Info.
Proprietary telemedicine web application that enables patients to extend real-time, video-conferencing, and chat functionality to their network of patients and medical providers. The secured Mobile and web portal also allows patients to create online profiles where they can access and track health-related information, search for medical providers, and schedule and initiate medical online video/chat consultations.
We have also integrated with Digital Id for medical professional verification ( https://www.digitalid.com/ ) in Australia, and integrated Paypal for appointment/services payment. On the top of that we have also integrated with Vidyo.io ( https://vidyo.io/ ) for video consultation with medical professionals.
