The way operations have continued for over 100 days is a testimony to precise planning, continuous monitoring, and exemplary hard work and dedication towards work and the associated livelihood. Video conferencing has helped. The water cooler talks have been replaced with virtual settings. There have been numerous talk sessions and video conferences for the last three months. The calls have been both formal settings to discuss work and informal off work conversations. This has been a great way of conversing with people and knowing how they are doing in these heightened state of anxiety due to pandemic & offering help and support and solace in any way possible. Virtual care platform helping hospitals to work on the aim of NHS maximizing virtual wards across the country to reduce the number of stays within the hospitals and addressing the staff shortage problem. This will be a cloud-based technology platform for remote patient monitoring and engagement at virtual wards. It enables personalized virtual care through assigned care pathways predicting risk scores through vitals and questionnaires and through specially tailored educational content for encouraging patient engagement during their treatment. Each assessment questionnaire is assigned a specific score based on which risk score is generated based on the answers from patients.
A homecare agency portal for accessing visits/timecards completed by agency employees out in the field using the DND system. This portal would be used for viewing dashboard (current, recent activities, and alerts), making any edits to timecards as necessary, and reporting for times, employees, jobs, service types. Here users could record edits and/or save the reasons for edits, which integrate with NetSmart and the data aggregators to pass along edited visit data. There is also, an in-app message sending module, where User/Admin will be able to send messages to the Client as well as to Employees.
