Lockdown brought smarTians face to face with the unknown. The way operations have continued for over 100 days is a testimony to precise planning, continuous monitoring, and exemplary hard work and dedication towards work and the associated livelihood. Video conferencing has helped. The water cooler talks have been replaced with virtual settings. There have been numerous talk sessions and video conferences for the last three months. The calls have been both formal settings to discuss work and informal off work conversations. This has been a great way of conversing with people and knowing how they are doing in these heightened state of anxiety due to pandemic & offering help and support and solace in any way possible. Some of the continued efforts by the different group which requires mention are given below :-
Establishing mutual respect & good working relationship always has a higher priority. A mixer was held at Mohali where client and his project team members joined in for a healthy discussion where opinions for every individual were admired. We welcome such conversations and having them done in an informal way makes it more engaging and interesting.
Success is one’s hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and passion of doing or learning to do. Team’s from our Nagpur branch were recognized and awarded with gifts by the client himself for their outstanding performances. Such appreciation not only boosts their morale but enhances their inner abilities too.
Community get-together’s are the best ways to overcome the minuscule challenges and celebrate individual differences. A retro themed get together of Basecamp and SLG members along with their families was organised where members interacted closely with each other, played games, quizzes and encouraged our ‘PauseForFun’ motto.
Our inter-branch collaboration between Nagpur, Dehradun and Mohali branch subsists knowledge sharing culture and interactivity. Such collaboration’s at both large and small scale has helped us to develop a sense of transparency in workflow, implementing new methodology & smoother communication leading to fine-tuned project deliveries.
Adding another year to one’s life prompts internal reflection. It’s a day when people often take a step back and evaluate the progress of their lives. Independence Day in India is fervently celebrated all throughout the nation and at smartData Enterprises. This year too, the celebrations were remarkable as India commemorated its 73rd Independence Day where all smarTians joined with their families for the flag hosting ceremony followed by sweet distribution on this very occasion.
Promoting the effort to “GoGreen”, smarTian’s seeked innovative method of promoting eco-friendly environment by planting various medical and fruit bearing trees in our upcoming Kanchenjunga tower. This motivation to “GoGreen” has not only increasingly become part of our CSR but an aspect of remaining relevant in future business environment.
Application takes user inputs in form of assessments and other data and provides a personalized treatment plan with prescription of hormones in an organic base. It caters to the overall health of women by providing menopause treatment. It helps patients to stay compliant with their hormones by reminding them to take specific dosages (drops) of the four primary hormones at the times of day and amounts that their doctor has determined (and pushed to the patient’s app). It helps women be an active part of their treatment including an interactive means of adjusting their dosages (especially through the initial titration phase).
Patients can also communicate with their doctor and request refills. The doctor can check on the status of patients, refer to existing questionnaires, use calculators to adjust dosages, send these adjustments to the patient’s app, and generate new prescriptions to send to pharmacies.

A SaaS-based platform that acts as a bridge between the community (clinic/providers) and patients. The platform will cater needs of different types of patients/users- Insured/Uninsured Individual Users and employees. The proposed application will allow site visitors to search providers for consultation (Online, or in person) based on their medical conditions or requirement. They can either consult the provider on an urgent basis or If the situation is not urgent, they can go for the path of the scheduled appointment.
In case of urgency, patients can choose the urgent consultation option that will create a request to all the available provider’s same time. The patient can directly connect with the provider through a video call. In regular consultations, the patients can search for providers and book appointments. Providers can create consultation notes (SOAP Notes) that can also be shared with the emergency rooms by patients. The current SOAP note format considered is Text areas for Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan.
