The way operations have continued for over 100 days is a testimony to precise planning, continuous monitoring, and exemplary hard work and dedication towards work and the associated livelihood. Video conferencing has helped. The water cooler talks have been replaced with virtual settings. There have been numerous talk sessions and video conferences for the last three months. The calls have been both formal settings to discuss work and informal off work conversations. This has been a great way of conversing with people and knowing how they are doing in these heightened state of anxiety due to pandemic & offering help and support and solace in any way possible. Independence Day in India is observed fervently in the country and at smartData Enterprises. This year, too, the festivities were noteworthy as India commemorated its 74th Independence Day, celebrated in all 3 locations keeping in mind the safety of the smarTians, virtual sessions on social media organized for all smarTians to witness the flag hoisting ceremony accompanied by a sweet distribution to the less privileged.

This year too, On the occasion of our 21st Work Anniversary we recalled the day by awarding smarTians and support staff with huge bonuses for their exceptional performances for going above and beyond the call of Duty.
The smartConnect program initiated in August by our CEO is an initiative focusing on remote connects with smarTians to know about their and their family’s well-being and get them familiar with the upcoming growth opportunities. The group conversation as part of smartConnect program ensured a constant connection irrespective of diverse work environments. smarTians have availed this opportunity to connect with their leaders and teams also.
smartData is taking the initiative to thank all the people who supported the community during COVID-19, from doctors to all vendors. We have been thanking and honoring the corona warriors on the front lines with a series of tweets and messages. The smartData cultural league “Abhivyakti” was launched remotely – another “new” in this new normal. The auditions started in May and, even as first of its kind, there was a lot of creativity in this event. It fulfills our commitment to striking the perfect balance between work, life, and fitness. A Sports Venue Reservation App is an on demand digital platform that simplifies the process of booking sports facilities, ensuring convenience for both players and venue owners. The app allows sports enthusiasts to search for nearby venues, check availability in real-time, and make instant reservations. By eliminating the hassle of manual reservations, phone calls, and scheduling conflicts, the platform ensures a seamless experience for players and venue owners. It also supports venue owners by optimizing occupancy and increasing visibility, ultimately fostering a more organized and accessible sports community.
The project involves developing a mobile application and a web-based admin panel for a platform that allows users to rent personal items. The system supports three key user roles. General users can search, view, and book rental items, make payments, and provide feedback. Item owners can post items for rent, manage their listings and availability, and receive payments. Admin users manage the overall platform including users, item listings, payments, content, and advertisements via the backend panel.
The platform is built using the MEAN stack for the backend and React Native for mobile apps. It integrates with Google Maps, Facebook, Twitter, and payment gateways, and includes SSL encryption for secure transactions. The application supports both Arabic and English languages and offers features such as live chat, push notifications, and social media integration.
The application is a service marketplace connecting customers with freelance service agents and companies. Users can post jobs, search for nearby service providers, and assign tasks based on ratings and reviews. The platform supports job location navigation, QR code generation and scanning, and an escrow payment system via PayPal for secure transactions. Service providers can manage hiring and staffing processes, while administrators oversee platform operations. Customers, individuals, and companies have distinct roles, ensuring a structured workflow. The system facilitates seamless service booking, secure payments, and transparent feedback, enhancing user trust and efficiency in managing freelance and company-based services.
