Lockdown brought smarTians face to face with the unknown. The way operations have continued for over 100 days is a testimony to precise planning, continuous monitoring, and exemplary hard work and dedication towards work and the associated livelihood. Video conferencing has helped. The water cooler talks have been replaced with virtual settings. There have been numerous talk sessions and video conferences for the last three months. The calls have been both formal settings to discuss work and informal off work conversations. This has been a great way of conversing with people and knowing how they are doing in these heightened state of anxiety due to pandemic & offering help and support and solace in any way possible. Some of the continued efforts by the different group which requires mention are given below :-
The smartData cultural league “Abhivyakti” was launched remotely – another “new” in this new normal. The auditions started in May and, even as first of its kind, there was a lot of creativity in this event. It fulfills our commitment to striking the perfect balance between work, life, and fitness. Another new aspect of this event is that the families of the employees have also been allowed to participate to enhance employee engagement and unity in diversity.

An open lunch discussion with young leaders was conducted at our Nagpur branch where like-minded professionals connected to discuss over new business ideas, enhancements to current approach, software development model, agile outlook and latest technology updates to enhance and upgrade their knowledge, skills & for delivering quick quality services.
Establishing mutual respect & good working relationship always has a higher priority. A mixer was held at Mohali where client and his project team members joined in for a healthy discussion where opinions for every individual were admired. We welcome such conversations and having them done in an informal way makes it more engaging and interesting.

Such appreciation not only boosts their morale but enhances their inner abilities too.
Community get-together’s are the best ways to overcome the minuscule challenges and celebrate individual differences. A retro themed get together of Basecamp and SLG members along with their families was organised where members interacted closely with each other, played games, quizzes and encouraged our ‘PauseForFun’ motto.
Our inter-branch collaboration between Nagpur, Dehradun and Mohali branch subsists knowledge sharing culture and interactivity. Such collaboration’s at both large and small scale has helped us to develop a sense of transparency in workflow, implementing new methodology & smoother communication leading to fine-tuned project deliveries.

Our new vertical garden system at Fuji Tower, Nagpur is an impressive leap forward in growing of indoor plants. This wall garden constructed via bottle waste provides clean air, increases oxygen levels, reduces stress, stave off illnesses, impact’s surrounding environment & is a great way to recycle plastic waste.
Proposed solution will be a hub of education system, proposed platform contain multiple courses which falls in different services / categories like: professionals / young learners / certified courses / language programs and so on. Also, proposed platform provides an option to the user to choose subjects and relevant tutors so that they can connect on 1-0-1 & group sessions as well. Users will enrol themselves to the course / tutor after paying the course fee and tuition fee & accordingly once payment is being done they will get notified with the details to access the LMS part. The architecture of the proposed solution will be robust and fully scalable as well as all the contents of the landing page will be managed by Site Admin itself. On this platform admin will create the courses / language programs under each services along with course name / description and will be pushed to the Moodle LMS admin. And in the Moodle LMS site admin will upload the course contents and further settings of the courses will be done on Moodle site.
