Lockdown brought smarTians face to face with the unknown. The way operations have continued for over 100 days is a testimony to precise planning, continuous monitoring, and exemplary hard work and dedication towards work and the associated livelihood. Video conferencing has helped. The water cooler talks have been replaced with virtual settings. There have been numerous talk sessions and video conferences for the last three months. The calls have been both formal settings to discuss work and informal off work conversations. This has been a great way of conversing with people and knowing how they are doing in these heightened state of anxiety due to pandemic & offering help and support and solace in any way possible. Some of the continued efforts by the different group which requires mention are given below :-
It was on 03rd August 1999, when we started from a small office but with a big vision. Every year we celebrate this day of our long and successful journey. This year too we commemorated the very day worshiping the almighty. smarTian’s decorated every premises in their own way and to add a feather to one’s cap came in beautiful traditional attires.

We might have different religions, but cricket is the biggest one. Cricket is the only game that unites the country and brings people together. Following our belief in balancing work with playful activities, a prediction game was initiated where every smarTian participated and predicted winners of every match in the World Cup 2019.
The practice of generosity, or ‘dana‘ – sharing our time and energy to support each other – is at the heart of community. Under smartCFG initiate, educational and hygiene & sanitation facilities were improved for students at a Ladakh Monastry in order to encourage their overall development including healthy behaviours for life.
One of the key happiness principles is savoring and cherishing every second to appreciate those happy moments in one’s life. Similarly, every individual is important and we make sure their special day is captured and celebrated with greater enthusiasm and spirit among all smarTians, across all locations.
An important element of giving is the joy and happiness that one experience’s when giving from their heart, without any expectation or attachment. Following their soul and offering their energy of mindfulness, many volunteered in donating daily household supplies, food, clothing, mattresses to the underprivileged near our new Kanchenjunga facility.
Driving 2500km, passing through 6 world’s highest motorable passes and a 6 day trek done by 10 audacious smarTian’s proudly called smartKangri team; where all scaled Stok Kangri Basecamp at 16,400 feet and 5 of them made it to the Stok Kangri Summit at an incredible height of 20,200 feet showcasing their indomitable spirit, endurance and team work.

Accepting the most successful single leg stand-up fitness challenge, smarTian’s volunteered and showcased their fitness abilities on social media.
The project involves developing a cross-platform mobile application to help users manage and track their contacts, social media accounts, and personal preferences. The app enables users to maintain detailed profiles, adjust privacy settings, send private messages, and receive notifications.
Users can also add custom contact details, follow or unfollow others, and manage their interests through a two-level categorization system. The application will be deployed on both iOS and Android platforms.
