Lockdown brought smarTians face to face with the unknown. The way operations have continued for over 100 days is a testimony to precise planning, continuous monitoring, and exemplary hard work and dedication towards work and the associated livelihood. Video conferencing has helped. The water cooler talks have been replaced with virtual settings. There have been numerous talk sessions and video conferences for the last three months. The calls have been both formal settings to discuss work and informal off work conversations. This has been a great way of conversing with people and knowing how they are doing in these heightened state of anxiety due to pandemic & offering help and support and solace in any way possible. Our new vertical garden system at Fuji Tower, Nagpur is an impressive leap forward in growing of indoor plants. This wall garden constructed via bottle waste provides clean air, increases oxygen levels, reduces stress, stave off illnesses, impact’s surrounding environment & is a great way to recycle plastic waste.
Our desire for a clean environment represents a powerful sense of destiny and hope for future. In this age of environmental concern, individuals are outwardly interested in healthy state of their surroundings. Promising themselves, smarTians joined hands in cleaning their surroundings at Nagpur for a healthier and safer environment.
Independence Day in India is fervently celebrated all throughout the nation and at smartData Enterprises. This year too, the celebrations were remarkable as India commemorated its 73rd Independence Day where all smarTians joined with their families for the flag hosting ceremony followed by sweet distribution on this very occasion.
Promoting the effort to “GoGreen”, smarTian’s seeked innovative method of promoting eco-friendly environment by planting various medical and fruit bearing trees in our upcoming Kanchenjunga tower. This motivation to “GoGreen” has not only increasingly become part of our CSR but an aspect of remaining relevant in future business environment.
Acknowledging hard and smart work has always boosted smarTian morale, increased productivity, left a positive impact on all employees for long and helped the dedicated & hard-working professionals the growth and satisfaction of being part of the organisation. A team working in multiple verticals was appreciated for their work by the management.
Encouraging playful activities has always boosted smarTian’s self-confidence and induced positive attitude in every professional. A high-spirited indoor event was organised across all branches. Large participation, took almost a month to finish the table tennis tournament where the champions were honored with trophies.
Red Bull has been inspiring and motivating people and ideas, setting many milestones in sports and culture. Playing a perfect balance between work and fitness is what drives all the smarTians in motivating and gratifying them. Following out fitness mantra, a red bull distribution was initiated at Mohali branch, revitalizing them all.
Merit and recognition increases every professionals performance. Rewarding impacts overall in terms of leadership, effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal collaboration. From our successful leadership groups i.e. Basecamp & SLG, few members performed exceptionally well which was acknowledged and appreciated at all branches.
Good and strong health is something to create and maintain at the same time. Realizing the importance and necessity, medical health & oral checkup camps were organised for all to create awareness. A preventive health camp at Mohali and oral & dental at Nagpur and Dehradun branches were the examples to enlighten and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
