Recent US Business Visit
From September 23 through October 11, I attended several cities across America to connect with clients, re-introduce our AI-powered product ecosystem, enhance partnerships, and explore new collaborations that aligned with global technology trends.
During the visit, I met with organizations performing work in multiple verticals — from Patient Engagement Platforms and Virtual Care and Telehealth Solutions, to AI Governance and Compliance Systems, Public Health and Insurance Management Platforms, Practice Management Systems, AI-Powered Document Automation Platforms, and many more. Each interaction demonstrated how technology — when built and delivered with empathy and intelligence — has the potential to enhance organizational effectiveness and improve user experiences.
A notable highlight was meeting potential partners in the compounding pharmacy vertical to discuss a Prescription Booking Platform aimed at streamlining patient access and pharmacy workflows. To have them recognize our expertise in the AI/technology space has laid the groundwork for a beautiful partnership, which I am hopeful will yield great and lasting results.
As part of the client sessions, I was able to perform live demonstrations and discuss product roadmaps, shedding light on our smartProduct suite to elevate automation, improve interoperability, and normalize value-based outcomes. As a result, clients provided honest positive feedback and validation around the consistency, transparency, and results we deliver.
Once again, the visit validated that trust, innovation, and a shared vision are all important components in demonstrating progress. It was rewarding to see the partnership develop as we were able to collectively witness our commitment to developing impactful technology.
