International Women’s Day 2026 was celebrated at smartData Mohali with great enthusiasm and happiness. The day started with an inspiring address by our CEO (I), who spoke about the important role women play in the organization and the need to create a supportive and inclusive workplace. This was followed by a special video message from our MD, which added encouragement and set a positive tone for the celebration.
As part of the celebration, thoughtful gifts were given to all the women employees. The “Happiness Jar” was a lovely gesture that brought smiles and added a special touch to the day.
One of the most memorable parts of the event was the round table discussion. It gave everyone a chance to share their experiences and thoughts openly. The discussion was insightful and engaging for everyone present. A special thanks to Anuradha Chawla for coming up with this wonderful idea and making it possible.
The celebration continued with fun games and lots of laughter, bringing everyone together. This was followed by cake cutting and a delicious lunch where the team enjoyed spending time with each other. The day ended with photos and videos, capturing the happy moments of the celebration.
Overall, it was a wonderful day to appreciate and celebrate the strength, dedication, and achievements of women in our workplace.
