We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer for Sr. Associate (L2) and Sr. Associate (L3) roles with strong experience in developing scalable, secure, cloud-native web applications using .NET Core, React/Angular, and modern cloud technologies.
Sr. Associate (L2) – Experience Requirement
- 3–5 years of professional full-stack web development experience.
L2 Required Skills
- Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and React or Angular.
- Experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL, including database design and query optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS services, including App Services, Functions/Lambda, Storage, and SQL/RDS.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, CI/CD, microservices, and cloud-native design.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, Agile/Scrum, Jira, and basic automated test-driven development.
- Experience with AI-assisted development platforms such as Claude and GitHub Copilot, along with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Generative AI, and RAG.
L2 Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, secure full-stack applications and cloud-native PaaS solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, Agile collaboration, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
Sr. Associate (L3) – Experience Requirement
- 5–7 years of professional full-stack web development experience with architectural expertise.
L3 Required Skills
- Expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, design patterns, and advanced React or Angular.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL Server or PostgreSQL and database architecture.
- Strong experience with Azure/AWS, PaaS architecture, CI/CD design, microservices, and cloud-native patterns.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, integration patterns, Agile/Scrum, Jira, and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with Claude, GitHub Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Generative AI, and RAG, along with basic automated test-driven development.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and lead architectural discussions.
L3 Key Responsibilities
- Lead scalable cloud-native application design and architecture.
- Design PaaS solutions using Azure App Service/AWS App Runner, Functions/Lambda, API Management/API Gateway, Service Bus/SQS-SNS, Storage/S3, Key Vault/Secrets Manager, and Azure SQL/AWS RDS.
- Lead complex API and integration development, code reviews, engineering standards, mentoring, enterprise performance and scalability, and stakeholder solution strategy.
