Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Lead end-to-end product design for healthcare and clinical applications from discovery and research to high-fidelity UI, interactive prototypes, and developer handoff.
- Design complex healthcare workflows, including EMR/EHR, patient management, clinical documentation, telehealth, scheduling, and care coordination.
- Create wireframes, user flows, design systems, micro-interactions, animations, and motion graphics.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and clinical stakeholders to define requirements and validate solutions.
- Conduct UX research, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and data-driven design iterations.
- Build and evolve scalable design systems, reusable UI components, design tokens, and interaction patterns using Figma.
- Design responsive and accessible interfaces following UX best practices, WCAG guidelines, and HIPAA awareness.
- Create visual assets, illustrations, presentations, and motion graphics using Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe XD, and modern prototyping tools.
- Use AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, content generation, design exploration, prototyping, and workflow efficiency.
