Objective of the Rental Automation Platform was to digitize and automate rent collection, lease management, and jurisdiction-based compliance workflows for landlords and tenants across multiple regions.

The goal was to design a unified SaaS platform that embeds regulatory intelligence, automates rent workflows, and provides an audit-ready system for dispute or legal proceedings.

The project aims to create a SaaS-based platform for multiple construction companies, enhancing project management and collaboration. Additionally, it will feature a holiday rule engine, accounting management tools, and visual scheduling options like Gantt and calendar views. Imaging Systems for Aesthetics and Dermatology. Works in the field of aesthetics and early skin cancer detection, using imaging procedures. Business focus is on the development, image management, archiving, and sale of systems for digital aesthetics, dermatoscopy, and body mapping procedures. We are developing a cloud based solution to integrate new features into the desktop-based medical imaging (SAAS) platform. The application is presently designed to view images and analyse them thereby aiding in the detection of a wide array of dermatological pathologies. Desktop based application is getting migrated to a cloud-based architecture to provide uniform access from various platforms like Macintosh, Microsoft, iPad, and mobile devices.  We also utilize our AI-ML skills in improving image analysis, interoperability, reliance on non-cloud apps, integration of various in-house hardware devices, etc. all factors that will be accommodated while optimizing overall application performance. 

The software is an online quoting and submission system. It works like amazon for insurance. It solves the problem of long waiting time for work completion in insurance industry and gets policy numbers out in few minutes. The product lines include contractor general liability, workers’ compensation, business owner’s policy & small business insurance, inland marine, builders risk, excess, commercial auto and contract bonds.

The platform is a managing general agent/ broker for commercial insurance. The software allows filling application online and sends application to underwriter to write policy and process submission after checking the consistency of information in application.

In today’s regulatory environment, ensuring that service providers meet all compliance requirements is critical. Our platform is designed to address the complexities of managing and tracking compliance documents, a task that is often cumbersome and prone to human error when handled manually.
The platform provides a comprehensive solution by allowing users to upload, store, and manage compliance documents in a centralized repository. The system automatically tracks the status of each document, sending reminders for updates and flagging any discrepancies or missing documentation. Additionally, the platform supports robust reporting features, enabling government bodies and STRAT to generate detailed reports on the compliance status of all service providers in real-time.
