  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter & familiar with “Target Based” hiring: 3 to 5 Years relevant in IT industry, Male/Female candidate preferred.
  • Hands on experience in End-to- End recruitment process, Sourcing- Screening-Interviewing-Selection-Negotiation & On boarding.
  • Expertise in core IT Recruitments with niche platforms, Microsoft, MEAN/MERN/LAMP Stack, React Native/Flutter/iOS, Open Source technologies.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process & good negotiation skills.
