We are looking for an AI Lead Engineer with strong experience in Core AI/ML along with exposure to Generative AI technologies. The candidate will lead intelligent AI solutions involving Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, predictive analytics, and LLM-based systems for enterprise applications. The role requires 4–5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions across multiple business use cases.
- Develop and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for prediction, classification, recommendation, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Build and deploy Generative AI and LLM-based applications, including RAG pipelines and AI agents.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning.
- Develop scalable AI APIs and backend services using Python frameworks.
- Own model deployment, monitoring, scalability, and performance optimization in production.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams; mentor junior engineers and contribute to architecture discussions.
- Implement MLOps best practices, including CI/CD, model versioning, and automated deployment workflows.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and emerging frameworks and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Core AI/ML engineering and Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms and Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, or similar.
- Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, classification, regression, clustering, recommendation systems, and model evaluation techniques.
- Experience delivering projects in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or predictive analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG architecture, and vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, or Weaviate.
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or backend API development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLOps, data structures, algorithms, scalable system design, debugging, problem-solving, communication, and leadership.
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML software development.
- Proven experience building and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions using both Core AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.
- Experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and delivering scalable AI applications in production environments is preferred.
