Sr. Associate (L2) – Profile
- 3–5 years of full-stack development experience with 1–2 years of healthcare domain exposure.
L2 Required Skills
- Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, React/Angular, and SQL Server/PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with Azure/AWS services, Git, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, CI/CD, microservices, cloud-native design, REST APIs, third-party integrations, Agile/Scrum, Jira, and basic automated test-driven development.
- Experience with Claude, GitHub Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Generative AI, and RAG.
L2 Healthcare Skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA, FHIR, HL7, healthcare privacy and compliance, EHR systems and workflows, healthcare integration and interoperability, application security, and patient data protection.
Sr. Associate (L3) – Profile
- 5–7 years of full-stack development experience with 2–3 years of healthcare domain expertise.
L3 Required Skills
- Expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, design patterns, advanced React/Angular, and advanced SQL Server/PostgreSQL.
- Strong experience with Azure/AWS PaaS architecture, CI/CD, microservices, cloud-native patterns, REST and integration patterns, Agile/Scrum, Jira, and automated testing.
- Experience with Claude, GitHub Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Generative AI, RAG, basic automated test-driven development, mentoring, and architecture leadership.
L3 Healthcare Skills
- Deep expertise in HIPAA, FHIR, HL7, healthcare privacy, compliance, audit trails, EHR and clinical workflows.
- Experience with healthcare data integration and interoperability, security, encryption, patient data protection, SOC 2, BAA, or related compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead secure HIPAA-compliant healthcare applications and cloud-native solutions.
- Build and lead FHIR/HL7 APIs and EHR integrations, while emphasizing healthcare security and compliance during code reviews.
- Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders, clinical teams, and compliance teams to protect patient data and optimize application performance.
- At the L3 level, mentor team members and own enterprise-scale healthcare architecture and strategy.
