smartData Skill Development
The (WPL)3 mantra signifies the organization’s focus on continuous learning, encompassing the right techniques, evolving through the right mindset, and thereby cultivating the right talent. This is why smarTians thrive at smartData. It encompasses holistic development that spans vocational training in various skills – technical, interpersonal, and leadership. Different avenues are provided to each smarTian through an internal training schedule, which comprises over 100,000 training hours during the calendar year, as part of CMMI requirements. These trainings are conducted by domain/industry experts within the organization and visiting experts from the industry and academia. smarTians also participate in relevant business conferences hosted nationally and globally. This exposure ensures that our workforce is well-prepared to meet the ever-expanding skill requirements of our growing network of global customers.
