Additionally, the comment function allows users to participate or discuss the topic of the post.

To promote better health for seniors by providing long-term and post-acute care facilities, an innovative electronic medical record software, thereby improving quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of care. It collects information about patient demographics, presenting complaints, assessments, referrals, and assists in monitoring trends in patient conditions. It also monitors patient compliance and provides access to primary care and care coordination among care providers to help improve patient satisfaction and outcomes. The overall objective is to create a cloud-based electronic medical record and virtual consult for longterm post-acute care that meets and passes the certification standards of the National Coordinator of Health Information, and Canada Health Infoway.

Application is a health and fitness platform that connects trainees to trainers/influencers through training programs while allowing them to log their own workouts. The overall platform is developed to allow users to easily find programs based on their profile and connect with like-minded users.

The proposed software will be offered as a combination of mobile (End users/Trainee and Trainers/Influencers) and web (Admin) that will have 3 interfaces

: Televisit is and application in which user (patient) can search the doctor as per the Specialties and book an Appointment for himself or for the dependent with the doctor according to the availability. The patient can make the appointment in both ways either Televisit or In Person. The payment mode will be credit card or the patient can also pay by Insurance.

T the Doctor/ Provider end, Provider can create or register himself on the plaform by using the NPI Id and then add his/her schedule for In-person and Televisit separately. Provider can also create televisit for a particualr patient who has already seen him. Moreover provider can generate superbill for the patient appointment and also, make changes into the medical forms sent by the patient for approval.
 

- Patient can search for the doctor and chek Doctor’s detailed profile and past treatment ratings.
- Patient can upload the images of their medical forms and send it to their provider for approval.
- Book the appointment with doctor for himself and for dependent as well either it’s Televisit (Audio, Video) or In-person visit.
- Alerts / notification for Appointment approval, reminder for televisit as well as New form request and approval.
