Interactive Session with CEO – A True Exchange of Ideas

The recently concluded interactive session with our CEO- India, Mr. Rakesh Pant, turned out to be a dynamic and engaging discussion, where employees across all levels took full advantage of the opportunity to interact directly with leadership.

Team members raised insightful questions on a wide range of topics, including:

  • Security concerns while using AI tools
  • Strategies to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation
  • Output-based performance results
  • Industry trends and technological direction for the next 12 months

It was an incredibly interactive and thought-provoking session, showcasing the spirit of openness and active participation. Questions flowed from all directions, and each one was addressed with clarity and vision inspiring examples of transparency, leadership, and accountability.

Our CEO emphasized how he sees his team of developers as modern-day soldiers, ready to embrace and lead with the latest tech stack, especially AI. Instead of fearing AI, we are preparing to augment our capabilities with it, staying ahead of the curve and driving innovation together.

A big thank you to everyone who contributed to making this session a success!
