The session focused on simple, practical ways to stay calm under pressure, think clearly, and handle daily challenges better. It also highlighted the importance of maintaining a balance between work and personal life, along with taking small steps to take care of ourselves.

The key message was clear - stress is a part of work, but how we handle it makes all the difference. Instead of just getting through it, we can learn to grow from it, stay positive, and move forward with confidence.
