We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Demand Generation & Digital Marketing Executive to generate qualified leads and increase brand visibility through digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Manage LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, and other digital channels; support Meta campaign optimization.
- Support inbound enquiry creation through LinkedIn outreach, ZoomInfo-assisted prospecting, email campaigns, webinars, and other channels.
- Work with content and design teams on landing pages, emailers, brochures, blogs, and social creatives.
- Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, LinkedIn Analytics, and other tools.
- Manage marketing automation and email nurturing; support ABM initiatives.
- Collaborate with delivery, sales, and leadership to position smartData offerings across healthcare, SaaS, AI, cloud, and priority domains.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors; prepare monthly reports on campaign performance, leads, website traffic, ROI, and recommendations.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, and Meta campaign optimization.
- Experience in lead generation using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, email marketing, webinars, and online campaigns.
- Experience with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Mailchimp, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of lead nurturing, email automation, customer journey mapping, landing page optimization, A/B testing, and campaign analysis.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing for IT services, software development, SaaS, AI, or technology companies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and a strong understanding of inbound/outbound demand generation and analytics.
