We are looking for a Senior Associate – Software Development with 3–6 years of full-stack development experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in .NET Core, modern front-end technologies, cloud platforms, AI-assisted development tools, and scalable application architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead application development and enhancement using .NET Core.
- Build front-end solutions using Angular, React, Blazor, or Vue.js, along with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Architect secure and scalable APIs using MVC, Web API, and Web Services.
- Work with PostgreSQL or SQL Server, including optimized queries, stored procedures, and database design.
- Apply advanced Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
- Collaborate using Git, Bitbucket, TFS, or Subversion and support CI/CD processes.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum, guide junior team members, and manage client requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
- Apply microservices, clean architecture, and API-driven architecture principles.
- Work with cloud platforms and services across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Leverage AI/ML, Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT, Generative AI, LLMs, and IDE integrations to improve software development workflows.
Qualifications & Additional Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Relevant .NET, cloud, or software architecture certifications are advantageous.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and client-facing communication skills with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization.
- A valid Passport and Visa (USA, Europe, UK, or Australia) are good to have.
