POSH Awareness Session: Creating a Safe and Respectful Workplace

smartData recently organized a POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) awareness session at Mohali Head office along with its other branches. The session was all about making smarTians aware of the POSH Act and creating a secure, respectful, and inclusive workplace. Every employee gained valuable understanding of rights and responsibilities through meaningful open discussion and real time scenarios which helps in fostering mutual respect and contribute to a positive work environment. The session encouraged smarTians to better understand workplace concerns, communicate openly and contribute to workplace where everyone feels respected, valued and safe.
