When we talk about leaders the first few names that pop up in our heads are usually Gandhi , Martin Luther King , Barack Obama , Steve Jobs , and several other leaders of the first world. While they are people that we can look upon, we should not forget that we can become those people too. People that others look up to as leaders. You do not have to wait to get a certain position to become a leader, you should start by changing your mindset.
It is important to know that an individual can only reach as high as they aspire to reach. It is important to take steps towards leadership at every step of our careers and take responsibility for what we do and excel at our work.
We are all leaders and it’s only about the time when we start acting like one. It requires a shift in mindset and our that will turn us into a more confident, focused, and passionate version of ourselves.
Finally, leaders are not just the executives of the company but all of us starting from the bottom. It’s about the shift from a worker’s mentality to a leader’s responsibility. Leadership is a mindset and not a position.
