Meet with team smartData

April 17 - 21, 2023
Chicago, IL

“Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is relax” Mark Black. This is such an inspiring yet simple quote! Stress up to a level is not bad at all as it pushes the person to discover the real limit which ultimately helps him to achieve the desired results. But as the excess is dangerous to everything, the same for the stress as well. Then we humans need to relax and distress ourselves to become the physical and mental fitness for living a healthy lifestyle. Relaxation slows down our heart rate, reduces our blood pressure which makes us happier, and releases the tensions from the mind.

At smartData, we understand the importance of relaxation and distress while at the work. We understand that stress cannot avoid but it can be managed in multiple ways. Outing with the team is one of the prime processes which smartData adopts on regular basis. These outings involve multiple scales of the group across multiple teams. The team members get chances to know about each in a better way as these trips work as an ice breaker for all old/new, senior/junior teammates.

In addition to this, employees get chances to do group discussions on multiple personal and professional topics which helps them to groom themselves. Such event also makes closer professional relations between management and employees of the companies. Our CEO attends the majority of such events through which all levels of employees across all groups get a chance to interact directly with the CEO.

In a nutshell, we are committed to keeping smarTians physical, mentally stress-free, and healthy lifestyles so that they can live their personal and professional life to the fullest possible life.
