Results arrived from multiple laboratories in inconsistent formats, so clinicians read each one, normalised the biomarker values and correlated them against symptoms and history before a care plan could be written. It did not scale.

Approach & Solution
smartData built the platform on the MERN stack with a Flutter mobile client. An extraction and normalisation pipeline handles unstructured lab reports from different laboratories, standardising biomarker values into a consistent schema and correlating them to surface patterns a clinician would otherwise assemble by hand.
Care plans are generated as drafts, but the workflow was designed so every recommendation requires clinician review and approval before reaching a patient — the platform supports the decision rather than making it. Teleconsultation, messaging, wearable data sync and subscription care programmes sustain engagement.
