smartData engineered a subscription-based multi-tenant SaaS platform on .NET Core, MS SQL and React, letting organisations manage multiple clinics, doctors and patients from one deployment. A database-per-tenant model isolates data across organisations while sharing infrastructure and enforcing subscription-tier feature access for each customer.
A streaming speech-to-text engine with medical vocabulary tuning transcribes doctor-patient conversations live, with asynchronous post-processing structuring raw transcripts into clinical notes linked to the patient record. Video consultation runs in-platform, and SMS reaches patients without smartphones.
