smartData built a purpose-built EMR and billing platform on a single backend API and PostgreSQL database, with dedicated schemas and access controls keeping customer and clinical billing data separate. Modular workflows cover assessments, treatment planning, encounters, documentation, medication administration, laboratory management, claims and billing.
Tenant-level entitlements let EMR and billing capabilities deploy independently and phase in by facility, with configurable master data supporting site-specific workflows while data isolation and access control stay consistent. Authorisation is enforced server-side across every integration.
