Approach & Solution
smartData built the platform on a Clean Architecture microservices backend with PostgreSQL on Azure and a Next.js frontend. Administrative approval workflows ensure only verified providers gain access, with licence verification built in and modules unlocking as a profile is completed rather than at the point of sign-up.
Public and private provider directories, referrals, warm introductions, collections and community forums make up the core. A centralised notification service with preference controls and cooldown logic keeps people informed without overwhelming them, and phased delivery extends a platform already serving live users.
